Light
Feature bulk density of less than 22 kg/m3. The manufacturing process uses NovaFlex ® technology and liquid carbon dioxide as a foaming agent.
APPLICATION
Linings that increase the comfort of use, material for the manufacture of garden furniture, leather industry and household products (washers).
Standard
Their distinctive feature is bulk density of more than 21 kg/m3.
APPLICATION (depending on the density)
- Densities 22 i 23 kg/m3 – linings of upholstery, backrests, armrests, headrests, etc.
- Densities 25 kg/m3 – backrests and linings for elements with springs
- Densities 28 kg/m3 – backrests and linings
- Densities 30 kg/m3 and higher – basic seat elements
High flexibility
Are characterised by increased resilience.
APPLICATION
Increasing furniture comfort.
Fire retardant
Parameters and applications similar to the standard foam. Distinguished by reduced flammability.
APPLICATION
Among others, furniture used in utility buildings.
High flexibility fire retardant
Seating foams with higher physical and chemical properties, as well as comfort and durability parameters. In their manufacture, permanent flame retardants that reduce durability and comfort are not used.
APPLICATION
Mainly upholstered furniture meeting stringent furniture manufacturing material inflammability standards. They are approved for sale in the United Kingdom.
